Contest Rules
- Votes can only be made by logging in to vote.kalamazoorestaurantweek.
com. All voting entries must have voters’ completed information or the votes will not be counted. - You’ll be able to view participating bars and vote throughout the entire Week. You can change your vote at any time during the voting window. The cocktail selected as your top choice as of 11:55 p.m. on Saturday, March 1 will count as your vote for the winning cocktail. There is only one vote per registered user. If your household has more than one registered user, they may not use the same computer, tablet, phone, or shared network or their vote may not be counted (based on IP address).
- Nominees must be a registered participant with a complete listing on the Kalamazoo Restaurant Week website. Participating businesses do not need to be a member of the Southwest Michigan First Chamber to win.
- We have a responsibility to the businesses that participate in providing a fair and accurate voting process that ensures that no one abuses the integrity of the online competition. Any submissions flagged for misuse will not be counted.
- By participating in Kalamazoo Restaurant Week, you grant organizers permission to use your business name, likeness, and or image for use in our marketing and promotional materials related to the competition and/or similar events in Kalamazoo County. All Kalamazoo Restaurant Week cocktail competition results are held privately by the Southwest Michigan First Chamber.
- Winners will be announced Friday, March 7 online and at the winning bar during the hours of 4p and 6p. Winners will receive a trophy, social media and other promotional materials, and of course, bragging rights.
